How will we deliver?
Delivery throughout Russia is carried out by "Russian Post" and the transport company "CDEK".

How can I find out about delivery for people living outside Russia?
What are the payment options?
On our site, you can choose two payment options when you go to the order placement:

1. payment (Upon receipt)

2. bank card, Tinkoff Pay, Yandex Pay or make an installment for 3;6;12;24 months (no down payment).
How will I know that the order has been placed?
After placing an order on the website anna-shadchneva-art.ru, you should receive an email confirming your order.
Next, the manager will reach out to you to confirm the order.
How long does delivery take ?
At the stage of placing an order, you will be offered different delivery options indicating the approximate time required for it.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
When the order is submitted for delivery, we will send you a tracking number by which you can track the order.
RETURN POLICY
Fine art prints are quite fragile, so please unpack carefully and save all packaging. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if any print is damaged due to customer error.


If you believe the print has been damaged by the courier service, please take photographs of the damage and email the photos to me:

After which you will be sent a new print or refunded if the order was paid immediately after placing.
